Some may find this a bit minging, but a confession wouldn’t be a confession without a few minging ones would it?
But it’s true… i’ve been known to sleep in my gymwear.
My theory is that it was one less thing to do in the morning if i’ve got an early rise.
Sleep in your sports bra & sports top [I tend to draw a line at the leggings] & then you’re more likely to get out of bed for your workout in the morning as you’re already dressed? Get me?
The more things I can find that makes the 6am get up easier, then the better… I’ve also been known to set my trainers out by my bed & have my coffee prepped else that 7am workout just isn’t happening.
