Recipe / Chocolate Crunch

Oi Oi! It’s not often I do a recipe because I simply don’t have the time or can be bothered… but I have to share this one with my fave gang (you lol).

Make 10 –
Per serving – Cal 134 / Carbs: 5g / Protein: 2g / Fat: 12g

30g butter
60g coconut oil
30g cacao powder
4 tbsp sweetener

20g linseeds
30g desiccated coconut
50g raisins
Large squirt of sugar free syrup (you should know by now that I guess a lot!)
half scoop of protein

Start by melting the butter and coconut oil slowly in a pan. While that is melting down together you can chuck everything else in a whole together and mix all together.

Once the butter and oil has melted slowly, take it off the heat and add the cacao powder and sweetener to the wet mixture. Once mixed, slowing add the chocolate to the dry mix and the syrup, adding a little at a time and mixing as you go, this allows all the mixture to form together.

Evenly spread across a tin that has grease proof paper in it and leave in the fridge for a few hours to set.

Once set, take out the fridge and either scoff in one sitting 
(if you’re one of my clients please do not do this, I repeat do not do this!)
or cut into 10 equal parts and enjoy!
