The Foods I Would Choose When Eating Out

I’m always being asked what food I eat when I eat out or asked what food I would recommend for people not wanting to ruin their progress… so I’ve searched some menus. I didn’t actually need to check the Nando’s menu or the Pret as I’m a regular attendee at both places… but the other I checked out their menus and have shared with you guys what I would likely choose if I was ‘being on it’….

On a blow out …
– Butterly Chicken medium / Mediterranean salad / bottomless drink
On a budget…
– Quarter Chicken medium / Salad / Supergrains / water
– Chianti Shoulder of lamb (or any under 600 cals)
– chargrilled chicken breast with mushrooms & mixed salad
– The Naked Burger

– Tuna Salad & kale crisps
– Blazing Bird
– Salmon Al’forno
On a blow out …
– 80z Fillet steak 
On a budget…
– 8oz Sirloin steak
All this looking at menu’s has got me starrrrvingggg… I’m off to the kitchen..
