Chia Seed Yoghurt Snack Pot

Yields1 Serving
 150 g Full Fat Greek Yoghurt
 2.50 tbsp Chia Seeds
 50 ml Almond Milk
 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

/ Pour your yoghurt and chia seeds into a jar with a drop of vanilla

/ If the jar isn't full then top the jar up with some milk - My fave to use is almond or coconut milk

/ For the toppings you can add what you like - my fave?

- 20g apple sauce with 20g pip & Nut coconut almond butter & sprinkle of desiccated coconut

or

- My Paleo Granola (see recipes) with 20g pip and nut almond butter
